Sales Advisory & Market Strategy

CHF 149.00

Not every decision is about selling now. If you hold several pieces and are considering what to keep, what to release, and when, we look at the collection as a whole. You receive a written HorologyVaults strategy document, setting out: current market position of each reference · liquidity and demand · a phased release plan, indicating which pieces to place first and which to hold. Where you choose to proceed, we place the pieces through our private network, following the plan rather than selling everything at once — which is what protects the value of the collection.

The same applies to dealers. Stock that has not moved in twelve months is capital standing still, and the longer a reference sits in the window the harder it becomes to place at the price it was bought at. We review the inventory reference by reference, identify what is illiquid and why, and set out where each piece realistically stands today. Where it makes sense, we place selected pieces through our private network — buyers who are not walking past your window. The watch stays with you until it sells, the buyer pays you directly, and we invoice a commission on completion.

The advisory fee is agreed in advance, based on the size and complexity of the collection or inventory. You pay in stages as the work progresses — never everything upfront. Where pieces are placed through our network, the commission is agreed separately and payable only on completion.
